1994 to Present - Corporate Treasurer and Right of Way Agent for JCG -  Assignments include Right of Way Design Supervision, Negotiations, Condemnation Processing, Title and Closing and Relocation Assistance services. Works with landowners and their attorneys, local authorities, publishers, service agents and clients on land acquisition and relocation assistance projects. Coordinates right of way work with clients, appraisers, review appraisers, surveyors, engineers, management and right of way agents. Extensive experience in Right of Way Design, Title and Closing work, and project management and supervision through invoicing and tracking of projects.

1990 to 1994 - Right of Way Agent for Clapsaddle-Garber Associates. Assignments include Right of Way Design Supervision, Negotiations, Condemnation Processing, Title and Closing and Relocation Assistance services.
